Terms for SHVL chase packs and credit control.
These terms cover the SHVL website, one-off chase packs and recurring credit-control workspace. The service is for business use.
SHVL prepares reviewable chase materials and, where you activate it, sends reminders through your connected mailbox. You remain responsible for invoice accuracy, recipient details and deciding whether a reminder is appropriate.
What these terms cover
The service includes public tools, one-off chase packs and the signed-in credit-control workspace.
- A one-off purchase covers the chase pack described at checkout.
- A recurring plan covers one workspace under the selected Solo or Team limits.
- A paid chase-pack purchase gives access to that pack only; it does not create a broader managed-service relationship.
What these terms do not promise
The public site is explanatory, not a guarantee of fit, uptime, or certification.
- No guarantee that a debtor will pay or reply.
- No guarantee that connected providers will remain continuously available.
- No claim that chase-pack templates or calculations are legal advice.
- No claim that this page is a legal certification or security badge.
Recurring plans start after the 30-day trial.
Solo is GBP 19 per month and Team is GBP 29 per month. Stripe collects the payment method and manages recurring billing. The workspace owner can manage or cancel the subscription through the billing portal. Access becomes read-only if the trial ends without a plan or billing needs attention.
Browse normally, not abusively.
You may use the public site in the normal course of evaluating SHVL. You may not abuse demo forms, overload the site, impersonate others, or use the public materials for unauthorised commercial reuse.
- No spam, automated abuse, or deliberate misuse of public forms and routes.
- No scraping or access patterns intended to disrupt the site.
- No pretending public workflow or pricing materials are your own work.
The site and the offer can change.
SHVL tries to keep the public site available and current, but the site is provided on an as-is basis. Product direction, workflow packaging, and public copy may change as the offer tightens.
