These terms cover the public website, workflow marketing pages, and demo-request flow on shvl.app. They do not replace any separate contract, order form, or data-processing agreement that might be needed for paid use later.
This page is about the public site and demo flow, not a full commercial services agreement. If SHVL later provides installed workflows to a customer, separate commercial terms should govern that relationship.
What these terms cover
The public site includes the homepage, workflow pages, pricing, industry pages, trust pages, and demo-request flow.
- Workflow descriptions explain what SHVL is trying to deliver.
- Public pages can change as the product narrows or matures.
- Demo requests do not automatically create a customer relationship.
What these terms do not promise
The public site is explanatory, not a guarantee of fit, uptime, or certification.
- No promise that every workflow is available immediately.
- No promise that public copy is a substitute for a signed scope.
- No claim that this page is a legal certification or security badge.
Use the public site as an explanation of the offer, not as the whole contract.
Workflow pages, pricing language, and acquisition copy are there to explain the current product direction. They are not a replacement for implementation scoping, connector review, or data-handling discussions that may be needed before SHVL is installed in a live environment.
Browse normally, not abusively.
You may use the public site in the normal course of evaluating SHVL. You may not abuse demo forms, overload the site, impersonate others, or use the public materials for unauthorised commercial reuse.
- No spam, automated abuse, or deliberate misuse of public forms and routes.
- No scraping or access patterns intended to disrupt the site.
- No pretending public workflow or pricing materials are your own work.
The site and the offer can change.
SHVL tries to keep the public site available and current, but the site is provided on an as-is basis. Product direction, workflow packaging, and public copy may change as the offer tightens.
