What the demo shows
One CSV becomes a pack you can inspect.
The walkthrough starts with an aged-debtors CSV, checks the rows, then creates editable Word letters, openable email drafts, an Excel calculation log and a README. The files are grouped into one ZIP for review.
The sample uses fictional debtors. It does not show customer data, connect to an accounting system or send a message.
Review boundary
Generation is not delivery.
SHVL prepares the wording and calculation working. You remain responsible for checking the balance, due date, contract terms, customer details and whether interest or escalation is appropriate.
Opening the email draft or Word letter is a deliberate next step. The chase-pack flow does not send the pack to customers automatically.
