SHVL is operated by Studea Limited, a company registered in England and Wales.

SHVL provides reviewed credit control for UK bookkeepers, accountants and businesses. Connect Xero, QuickBooks or FreeAgent read-only. Review overdue invoices, payment promises and blockers before preparing reminders. Each client’s records stay in a separate workspace; Practice access is quoted and enabled separately.

Reminders require a connected mailbox and an explicitly activated schedule. The default review mode requires confirmation of each due reminder. An owner can separately confirm automatic mode, which lets the active schedule send eligible reminders after its pre-send checks. SHVL does not act as a debt collection agency or provide legal advice.

The one-off chase pack remains available from an aged-debtors CSV. Its ZIP contains editable Word letters, openable email drafts, an Excel statutory-interest log and a README. The pack itself sends nothing; the sender reviews the files before using them.

The demo uses fictional invoices so you can review a reminder before connecting an account. The bookkeeper example shows when to chase an invoice and when to check a query or payment promise first. You can also import a CSV, create a free client overdue summary, use the calculators or buy a one-off chase pack.
