Start with the chase pack. Repeat chaser and admin packs should only be added once the first CSV-to-ZIP output is useful enough to repeat.
The first product should stay simple: pay, upload an aged-debtors CSV, review the ZIP. Use this section later only if repeat batches need the same sender wording, letterhead, payment note, or house style.
Keep the business name, address, sign-off, and payment wording consistent when you generate repeat chase packs.
Store the small notes that matter: direct but polite, cite the statutory calculation, and keep anything sensitive for manual review.
Xero and email connectivity belong in repeat packs later. They are not required for the first chase-pack purchase.
This is not the old inbox-triage setup. SHVL's main path is now the late-payment chase pack: CSV in, digital letters and email drafts out, reviewed before sending.
Map the repeat asks once so SHVL knows where common files, packs, and answers usually live before it drafts a reply. This is useful for requests like payslips, onboarding packs, cash summaries, statements, or status packs.
These shortcuts stay on this browser until you save or update an install. At that point the workflow keeps its own copy, so SHVL can reuse the same routine file map without you retyping it every time.
No connection is needed for the first chase pack. Xero and mailbox connections are available separately in the private recurring beta.
Start from the paid chase pack: upload aged debtors, preview the calculation, then download the reviewed output. Only connect Xero, email, or workbook sources when a repeat chaser needs to remove the same monthly bottleneck.
Buy or generate the chase pack from one aged-debtors CSV.
Review the Word letters, email drafts, and calculation log before anything goes to a debtor.
If the output is useful, save sender details so the next batch starts from the same letterhead and wording.
Start the recurring workspace only if repeat chasing is the next real bottleneck.
Keep connected automations parked unless the chase pack proves there is enough recurring volume to justify a connected workflow. If it looks right, open the dashboard.
